Wear and tear

Was pain free when I got out of bed - not so now. I have driven 68 miles; walked a mile or so and climbed about 50 stairs ( and then come down again).
So it just has to be wear and tear.

Short day tomorrow -lunch with Sue and night in. Reflexology Saturday that may help to relax my leg??
I can hope.
Crop on Sunday and that is relaxing- got a plan for scrapbooking.
Looking forward to that..........................

  1. Have you ever tried accpuncture for your leg? My son is looking into it for neck and back problems and we have a friend who goes every month and has it done and it brings him alot of relief. Hope your Friday has been good and your evening will be even bette!

  2. Actually Donna I had acupuncture many years ago for migraine. If the results are that I need a new knee then I still have 3 years before that would be possible (age wise never mind waiting lists) so pain relief would be prescribed. So I will keep it in mind.
Last night it was quite bad and now
    struggling "down" stairs.
Having reflexolgy today which relaxes me so will enjoy that.
You have a good weekend Donna; is it any different to your week; do you have a rest at all?

  3. Sorry you had a bad night, out nights are often the only escape we have. My weekends are the same as the weekdays. All days blend together. I do still have choir practice on Monday nights for out Easter program, but that will be over soon. My husband and I alternate Sundays for church. I do have 2 or 3 people I can call on to sit with mom now, that I didn't have before, but basically I have no where to go. It is usually more of a hassle to line up a sitter, according to their schedule, no impulsive spur of the moment thing, thus making it just easier to stay here! I am waiting for it to warm up into the 50's and I am going to kick myself out of the house in the early am and go walking! Mom will be in bed sleeping, so will husband, I can go for a half hour walk and get back before anyone is even awake. Now, the trick is to do it! Have a great Monday!
